Jill Kemmerling, CPT
Americal Council on Exercice (ACE) Personal Trainer
Jill has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1998.
She has been strength training for over 20 years. Her passion
for the outdoors has brought her from the summit of Cotapaxi,
a 19,000 foot Ecuadorian Volcano to the Los Angeles Marathon.
As an
accomplished Triathlete, she is uncommonly passionate
about
strength and cardio training.

for you with state of the art strength and cardio equipment.During your consultation we will discuss your fitness level, lifestyle and personal training goals. When you begin training, we will start a program that suits your fitness level and custom-tailor a program with realistic, achievable goals.
Our goal is to start you out slowly, to build your foundation and core strength. You'll have fun watching your strength and stamina grow along with your confidence and quality of life!

Why We Train
Our mission is to help you maintain a healthy weight
by dropping fat and gaining muscle. Strength
training
helps
in decreasing the risk for diabetes
and aids in decreasing the risk
of osteoporosis.
Weight bearing activities strengthen tendons, ligaments
and joints. Combining a strength training program with regular cardiovascular work, you will have an increase in stamina, energy, self-esteem and over all physical independence.
