Our brand new 1,200 square foot Studio is loaded with top of the line equipment from Life Fitness, Legend Fitness, In Flight, Sports Art and BodyGuard. The gym features, rubber-coated fixed dumbell and barbell freeweights, cable weight machines and state of the art cardio.
